About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team at Entact Solutions Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to workers on duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks, review work progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.
  • Facilities Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and safe for employees.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary language of work is English.
  • Work Hours: The standard work hours are 35 hours per week.
