Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
Lead and Manage TeamsOrganize and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects.
Train and Develop StaffTrain workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Monitor and Report PerformancePrepare and submit reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintain Equipment and FacilitiesEnsure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, arranging for maintenance and repair work as required.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsCo-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Provide Technical AdviceProvide technical advice and guidance to team members, helping them to resolve work problems and improve productivity.
Requisition and Order SuppliesRequisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
