Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Subhkin Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office moves.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including event planning, data entry, and research.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
