**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Crawford & Company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide assistance to the Branch Manager in discharging management duties, including financial and asset management, human resource management, training and mentoring, managing quality and service, and executing sales and marketing plans.
  • Oversee the management of a team of employees, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple priorities, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

**Requirements**

  • Independent Adjusting License
  • CIP or FCIP preferred
  • Minimum 10 years combined technical claims handling/supervisory experience in commercial and property service line
  • Post-secondary education
  • Technical training related to business unit/service line
  • Strong supervisory and team building skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business acumen
  • Maintenance of professional certification or license
