Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to lead our operations at Gorugoru Food. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our operations.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet our customers' needs.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet demand.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure we get the best value for our business.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure they are executed to the highest standard.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
