Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our food services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, cashiers, and servers, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing products, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience, and that their feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Financial Management: Manage our food service budget, including controlling costs and ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of staff. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures, and experience with inventory management and financial management.
