About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at 3 Brasseurs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food quality and production standards to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Provide coaching and training to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor or manager in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
