Mediterranean Village Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, service, and staff management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to optimize kitchen operations.
- Procure necessary food and kitchen supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, providing guidance and support in all aspects of food preparation.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for staff members on job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of stock levels, repairs, sales data, and wastage to ensure efficient resource management.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on kitchen operations to management.
- Possess a strong understanding of various culinary genres, particularly those offered at Mediterranean Village Inc.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate the team.
- Exhibit a client-focused approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
