About the Role
As a Food Service Team Lead at Subway, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive delicious and satisfying meals while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of food service professionals, overseeing daily operations, and upholding the high standards that define the Subway experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of your team members, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and working effectively to prepare and serve food according to Subway's standards.
- Operational Excellence: Establish efficient work schedules, manage inventory levels, and ensure that all food preparation and service procedures adhere to quality control guidelines.
- Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to create a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Financial Management: Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates, monitoring expenses, and minimizing waste to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
