Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

You will be responsible for managing key drop-offs and pick-ups, organizing mail and legal documents, maintaining the office's professional appearance, and supporting the Office Administrator, Leasing, and Legal teams.

This role requires strong multitasking, CRM system proficiency, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage key drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently.
  • Organize and file mail, legal documents, and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Office Administrator and other departments, including Leasing and Legal teams.
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies and maintains a tidy and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Excel for daily tasks.
  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
