Procurement Associate

We are currently looking for candidates for the role of Procurement Associate to become a vital part of our Supply Chain division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation
  2. Negotiating long-term contracts with suppliers
  3. Conducting material sourcing and vendor selection
  4. Collaborating with end users to oversee inventory management
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  1. Completion of post-secondary education, with a focus on a career in purchasing
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in Microsoft Excel
  4. Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven approach
  5. Strong aptitude for fostering relationships between clients and suppliers
  6. Experience in procurement or inventory management is advantageous
