We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Procurement Associate to become a vital member of our Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation
  2. Negotiating long-term contracts with suppliers
  3. Conducting material sourcing and vendor selection
  4. Collaborating with end users to oversee inventory management
  5. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  1. Completion of post-secondary education, with a focus on pursuing a career in procurement
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in Microsoft Excel
  4. Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven approach
  5. Ability to foster relationships between clients and suppliers
  6. Experience in procurement or inventory management is a plus
