Procurement Manager, Turnaround

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager, Turnaround to join our team at 09 Irving Oil Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in leading our turnaround procurement efforts and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute turnaround contracting and procurement strategies in collaboration with our Supply Management team.
- Lead the procurement process for turnaround events, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with our Contract and Procurement teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across a broad category base with competing business priorities.
- Support the implementation of systems and processes that drive collaboration and team effectiveness.
- Lead mentoring, learning, and coaching with members of the team.
- Develop and implement KPIs to drive continuous improvement in driving business value and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 15+ years project management experience.
- 5-10 years management experience.
