Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our solution investigation and determination, project planning, effective delivery of planned outcomes within time and budget, and all associated stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and third-party stakeholders to confirm project scope, expected outcomes, and deliverables.
- Develop effective project plans, engaging relevant resources, and utilizing our project delivery framework, documents, and tools.
- Provide innovative leadership during solution identification, ensuring alignment with IT and company policies.
- Effectively negotiate and influence staff assignments and procurement timelines.
- Assign tasks, monitor resources, schedules, and plans, anticipating and addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure optimal communication within and across teams, as well as with project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Information Technology.
- At least 10 years of IT project management experience, with strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- PMP designation is required.
- Experience working with third-party providers and in cross-functional/matrixed team environments.
- Experience utilizing corporate and third-party project management processes and software.
