Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
