Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Quick Books and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, time management, and team player skills.
