About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Monster Construction Inc. o/a Monster Construction Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials to and from various locations.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in various locations, often in dusty conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical capabilities: Physically demanding, manual dexterity, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads.
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Conditions

As a Construction Labourer, you will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and a safety vest at all times.

Language and Work Hours

The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 44 hours per week.
