About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Thiara Construction and Logistics. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project requirements.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and assist in demolishing buildings as needed.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
