About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at SR Construction and Renovations. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Construction Activities
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Perform routine maintenance work.
    • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
    • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with basic security clearance requirements.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate dependability and reliability in your work.
    • Work effectively as a team player.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a construction labourer role is an asset.
