As a DevOps Engineer at GSG, you will work closely with our Engineering team to strengthen our IT Department. Partnering with experienced Linux/Web System Administrators, you will be tasked with designing, deploying, and maintaining applications and infrastructure that support our operations.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external development teams
  • Design, deploy, and maintain applications and infrastructure
  • Coordinate with external providers to manage resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate Linux and container-centric applications
  • Support ongoing projects
  • Design and implement new projects and infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve points of failure in complex applications
  • Ensure the availability, security, and performance of applications
  • Optimize costs for dynamic workloads

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering methodologies
  • Innovative problem solver with a focus on results
  • Proficient in managing Cloud Native applications
  • Skilled in scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Strong collaboration and project acceleration abilities
  • Knowledgeable in Linux, Containers, and container orchestration technologies
  • Experience with version control systems and Networking
  • Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of infrastructure testing and distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems and database technologies
  • Expertise in caching strategies and multi-cloud workload management
  • Experience with application monitoring and web application architecture
  • Familiarity with the 12-factor app methodology
