Program Manager

Christie Digital Systems is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to enhance our Program Management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed project roadmap that specifies objectives, scope, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Assemble and guide a cross-functional team to execute project plans effectively.
  • Create and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and expense tracking to maintain financial control.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, devising strategies to mitigate and resolve them to avoid project setbacks.
  • Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders, including team members and senior management, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant requirements.
  • Manage essential resources, including equipment and materials, critical to the project's success.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A University degree in a relevant field with over 4 years of experience in program management within a technical environment.
  • Proven success in guiding products from concept through to production.
  • Demonstrated experience in schedule and budget management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, particularly in engineering, supply chain, and product management.
  • Experience in working with contractors and suppliers to ensure program success.
  • Strong capability to assess risks, understand potential impacts, and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid skills in negotiation, management, mentoring, coaching, and financial analysis.
