Your Role
As a Project Management Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the materials team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and advocating for Englobe's health and safety protocols;
- Assisting in the planning, scheduling, execution, and evaluation of project activities;
- Supporting project managers with various project-related tasks;
- Handling inquiries from clients and business partners via phone, email, and in-person;
- Conducting general administrative duties and maintaining records, including reviewing and distributing documentation and preparing correspondence;
- Facilitating the initiation of new projects and generating project-related information for the project management system;
- Assisting in the preparation of project invoices, reviewing them, and following up on outstanding payments;
- Contributing to the development of reports, letters, and memorandums;
- Preparing proposals and cost estimates for prospective projects.
Your Qualifications
- Post-secondary education;
- 4-5 years of prior experience in an engineering setting is advantageous;
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Effectively manages multiple projects and initiatives that may occur simultaneously.
