Human Resources Coordinator Role

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment at Well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letters
  • Management of the WorkTango employee engagement platform
  • Maintenance and updates of various documents, such as new hire packages and job descriptions
  • Investigations and resolution of HR-related issues
  • Terminations and resignations processing
  • Benefit programs management and liaison between employees and insurance providers
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing with ADP Workforce now
  • Main point of contact for the client group, managing employee relations, attendance, and policy interpretation
  • Weekly and monthly reports for management
  • HR policy and procedure interpretation and advice to employees
  • Employee engagement committee participation and co-management
  • Maintenance of employee files on ADP and Iron Mountain
  • Active member of the Health & Safety programs and committee
  • Annual performance review process administration
  • Internal intranet management
  • Milestone program management on a monthly basis
  • Online Guusto platform management
  • Flexible hours to support different shifts
  • Project participation as required

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • This is a hybrid role
