Human Resources Coordinator Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment at Well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letters
- Management of the WorkTango employee engagement platform
- Maintenance and updates of various documents, such as new hire packages and job descriptions
- Investigations and resolution of HR-related issues
- Terminations and resignations processing
- Benefit programs management and liaison between employees and insurance providers
- Bi-weekly payroll processing with ADP Workforce now
- Main point of contact for the client group, managing employee relations, attendance, and policy interpretation
- Weekly and monthly reports for management
- HR policy and procedure interpretation and advice to employees
- Employee engagement committee participation and co-management
- Maintenance of employee files on ADP and Iron Mountain
- Active member of the Health & Safety programs and committee
- Annual performance review process administration
- Internal intranet management
- Milestone program management on a monthly basis
- Online Guusto platform management
- Flexible hours to support different shifts
- Project participation as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- This is a hybrid role
