Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve process technology, and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process technology and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or paper technology
- Five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper industry
- Extensive knowledge in fiber and paper process technology
- Proven track record of business growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
