About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to address sales performance gaps
    • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales leadership or business development
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
