Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ANDRITZ Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the North American market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to sales teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the paper industry and its trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or paper technology.
  • Five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper industry.
  • Extensive knowledge in fiber and paper process technology.
  • A proactive, analytical, with a results-driven working style.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent English and general communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within North and South America.

What We Offer:
