Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc. as a key member of our financial management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately maintain and balance various financial accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
    • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budget variances and financial performance analysis.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance
    • Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurately reflected in business decisions.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
