Job Title: Branch Administrator

At thyssenkrupp Elevator, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of our branch office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and track client invoicing lists
  • Update customer account information and contract information
  • Complete all activities related to the application of credits, billing, and rebilling of jobs for management approval
  • Generate, issue, and upload all maintenance and billing documentation
  • Create maintenance tasks for new buildings
  • Prepare and document health and safety information
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, coupled with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
  • Strong ability to prioritize workloads
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
