At thyssenkrupp Elevator, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator. As a key member of our branch office, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer account information and contract details
- Track and manage client invoicing lists
- Process and manage credits, billing, and rebilling of jobs for management approval
- Prepare and upload contracts and related correspondence
- Generate, issue, and upload maintenance and billing documentation
- Create maintenance tasks for new buildings
- Prepare and document health and safety information
- Prepare monthly reports
- Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
- Strong ability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
