Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Kulwant Gill Medicine Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to management on administrative services.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, including interviewing, hiring, and providing training for staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Manage events and organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • 11-15 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
  • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent judgement and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
