Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Kulwant Gill Medicine Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Conduct research and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, and manage knowledge.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, and manage events.
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- 11-15 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
- Accurate, efficient, and organized with excellent judgement and time management skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Hours of Work:35 hours per week.
