Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Right at home. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
- Financial Operations: Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
