We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
