Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Dartmouth. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining and organizing office files, and handling incoming and outgoing communications. If you have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, and manage supplies ordering process.
- Address clients and customers needs and issues.
Requirements:
- Related administrative experience.
- Data entry skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outgoing attitude.
