Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Station1 Lebenese Kitchen. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dental plan.
- As per collective agreement.
