Commercial Auto Claims Evaluator

Overview of the Role:
As a Commercial Auto Claims Evaluator at Northbridge Financial, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team that emphasizes meticulous attention to detail while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing and determining the value of vehicles through image-based assessments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively in every claim handled.
In this collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to receive guidance and mentorship from seasoned Appraisers, enhancing both your customer service and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigating, assessing, and appraising physical damage claims Efficiently managing a diverse daily workload Delivering exceptional customer service experiencesQualifications:
Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-related field or equivalent Progress towards the CIP designation is advantageous A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or appraisal Familiarity with Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect, and Mitchell Ultramate Proficient technical skills in MS Office Suite Strong communication abilities with Claimants, Brokers, and vendorsEmployee Benefits:
