Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate physical damage losses
  • Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related field
  • Working towards the CIP designation an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of estimating/appraisal experience
  • Experience with Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect, and Mitchell Ultramate
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and vendors
