We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team at Generator Supercenter of Austin.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to emergencies, including fire, flood, mold, and other disasters.
- Oversee and perform labor tasks, such as controlled deconstruction and removal of debris.
- Ensure quality of workmanship on site and compliance with company standards.
- Determine damage and/or restorability to customers' personal property and manage packout, cleaning, and inventory within a set budget.
- Act as daily on-site contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
- Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
- Ensure company safety guidelines are followed on job sites.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Mitigation Restoration Project Manager in Water, Fire, and Mold.
- Strong desire to help others during a difficult time.
- Valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle report.
- Willingness to work in fire, smoke, mold, water damage, and other hazardous environments (necessary PPE provided by the company).
- PTO - Paid Time off and company-paid holidays.

- Paid Industry certifications and training.
