We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy professional to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Corporate Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of Group and enterprise-wide strategies to enable leading engagement, loyalty, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor, making recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
- Develop the business case by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected return on investment.
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, assessing and adapting as needed to ensure quality of execution.
- Collaborate across BMO to develop communications strategies and ensure consistency of messaging, positively influencing or changing behavior.
- Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies, providing expertise and thinking creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations.
- Previous business and/or enterprise Corporate Strategy experience leading projects/initiatives to support the company's strategic decisions, strongly desired.
- Typically 2 or more years of corporate strategy or management consulting experience desired.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
