About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and projects
  • Provide high-quality business consulting and strategy support to senior stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and colleagues
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of work experience in a business consulting, strategy & planning, or corporate development role
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
