About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Indigenous Financial Advisor to join our team in a retail sales capacity. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships and delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively discover customer needs, listen to understand their requirements, and provide relevant insights and expert advice.
- Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
- Nurture strong, long-standing relationships with customers.
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns with customer goals.
- Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
- Bilingual in English and French is required.
