Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Advisor, you will be customer-focused and adept at establishing connections with clients. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:
- Proactively identifying customer needs and actively listening to their requests.
- Providing education, relevant insights, and expert guidance to our clients.
- Creating comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Fostering strong, enduring relationships with customers.
- Driving branch business growth by meeting individual and team sales targets that enhance the customer experience.
- Opportunities are available in branches across Canada.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire and ability to cultivate meaningful customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment that aligns with customer objectives.
- Ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Possession of a Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required, as you will serve an English-speaking clientele.
