About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Indigenous Financial Advisor to join our team in a retail sales capacity. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships and delivering against individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for
  • Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice
  • Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurture strong, long-standing relationships
  • Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns to a customer's stated goals
  • To uncover and solve for customers' needs
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
  • Bilingual in English and French is required
