Senior National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships Canada

Belron Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior National Accounts Manager to lead our strategic partnerships in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with our regional insurers, managing key client accounts, and providing sales support to our regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Vice-Presidents and Directors of our regional insurers.
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and establish strong networks between the client organization and stakeholders.
- Provide sales support to our regional sales team and lead solution design efforts to improve performance and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses and improve user experiences.
- Propose strategic solutions that add value to our clients' businesses.
- Manage business results of several large and complex insurance partners.
- Work with our digital experience team to conceptualize digital strategy projects and develop approaches to deliver successful digital innovation projects.
- Negotiate contractual agreements with each client account.
- Achieve annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the insurance segment.
- Mentor a team of regional sales managers to achieve their goals.
- University degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is an asset.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in a similar role at a national level.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Results-oriented with a structured approach.
- Possess a strategic mindset.
- Ability to rally and influence others, along with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.
- Available to travel within Canada up to 20% of the time.
