Department Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products
- Provide customers with the best quality of products and ensure courteous and timely customer service
- Organize and set up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring proper signage
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations
- Monitor and control department expenses, ensuring profitability
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years' management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation
- Post secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures, is a definite asset
