We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Application System Analyst. This position can be located in one of our primary offices.

Your Focus Areas:

As a Senior Application System Analyst at Jace Holdings Ltd., you will:

  • Application Knowledge: Possess comprehensive understanding of the applications within the Product Team Portfolio. Stay current with application knowledge and assist the team in translating product requirements into enhancements or solutions.
  • Application Assistance: Deliver specialized Level 2 & 3 application support. Diagnose issues, coordinate with the relevant teams, and prioritize tasks. Make necessary adjustments and collaborate with other teams to resolve underlying problems. Maintain system documentation and user manuals as incidents are addressed. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor applications and their components focusing on user experience, application interfaces, and performance metrics. Suggest improvements as necessary.
  • Development Support: Collaborate with the Product Team throughout the development lifecycle: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), design, testing, deployment, and release. Ensure applications meet both business and architectural requirements while adhering to established standards.
  • Innovative Operations: Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements utilizing application features.
  • Continuous Development: Promote continuous improvement initiatives through advisory support. Share best practices proactively.
  • Effective Communication: Keep relevant team members informed about product backlog status, incidents, and projects. Act as a liaison between vendors, users, and the product team as required.
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate potential application risks and improvements to prevent issues and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Service Centre and IT Infrastructure to resolve application incidents and requests promptly.
  • Work in conjunction with the Business Partnership Team to provide product support and enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Application System Analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience in application development support and delivery.
  • Extensive background in technical support, including issue triaging and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the technology that supports the Team's functional area.
  • Preferred experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both business and technical teams.
