The menu also boasts larger meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes designed for communal dining. While the offerings are largely Latin-inspired, Chef Walsh thoughtfully incorporates exquisite Atlantic Canadian ingredients such as Nova Scotia mackerel, lamb, salmon, Newfoundland tuna, and P.E.I. beef cheeks.

Position Responsibilities
  • Foster a welcoming guest experience through engaging interactions and adherence to service protocols
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Ensure precision when inputting information into the POS system
  • Oversee food quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned sections, ensuring all materials and areas are tidy and organized
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices
  • Be attentive to special requests, including guest allergies
  • Efficiently and safely complete opening, closing, and side duties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned or required
Candidate Qualifications
  • A Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is considered an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a comparable setting
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and sales aptitude
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive product knowledge, particularly in wine and cocktails
  • Ability to sustain a professional level of urgency and momentum
