Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team at The Feasts - Best Food & Drinks. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Team Management: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, schedule staff, and train staff.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and work under pressure.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 48 hours per week.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
