At First Choice Haircutters, we're looking for a talented and dedicated Salon Manager to lead our team to success. As a Salon Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our salon, responsible for managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.

What You'll Do

  • You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • You'll lead by example, helping your staff increase their clientele and the business, while focusing on the profitability of the salon.
  • You'll provide coaching and mentoring to bring out the best in your team, ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality services for each guest.
  • You'll handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • You'll need to have a current cosmetology license as required by provincial regulations.
  • You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • You'll need to be tech-savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
  • You'll need to have good eyesight and be able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements.

Physical Requirements

  • You'll need to be able to stand for long periods and move around the salon.
  • You'll need to be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements.
