At First Choice Haircutters, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our salon team as a Salon Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, staff development, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- You'll be the driving force behind the salon's success, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of our services.
- You'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring the salon's profitability and success.
- You'll be the face of our salon, representing our brand and values to our customers and the community.

Requirements
- Current cosmetology license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods
Physical Requirements
- Good eyesight and ability to observe guests' hair
- Ability to move around and stay active
- Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals
